电除尘器提效与节能供电技术的分析研究

【摘要】 本文分析了电除尘器(EP)净化烟气所需的理论功率消耗以及 EP 运行时的实际功率消耗,两者相差较大。实际上,EP 运行的高压电能消耗应分为"有效"、"反效"与"无效"三部分,有效电能很小, 而反效与无效电能所占比例较大,通过技术措施,可以提高有效电能比例.降低反效与无效电能比例。根据怀特有关 EP 供电理论,我国燃煤电厂 EP 的供电应由目前的高电流"大功率高能耗"的单一火花整定工作方式转移到高电压低电流的提效节能工作方式的科学轨道上来。

【Abstract】 In this paper,both theoretical and practical watt consumption needed by flue gas cleaning in electrostatic precipitator were analyzed.They are much difference from each other.Actually,the operating electrical energy consumption of EP should be categorized into "effective""minus effect" and "inefficiency" respectively.The effective electrical energy is very little,but the proportion of the others are big.To enhance the proportion of effective e- lectrical energy via techno-measure,the others’ could he reduced.Based on the White’s theory about electrostatic precipitator power supply,the operate mode of electrostatic precip- itator power supply in coal-fired power station should be transferred from single spark set- ting of high current,high power and high consumption to the scientific track of high efficien- cy and energy saving in china.
