斜气流技术的模拟试验研究
Model Experimental Research on Skew Gas-Flow Technology

【摘要】 针对宝钢二烧机头264m~2电除尘器提效改造这一研究课题,采用斜气流技术进行了模拟试验。通过导流及折流措施的实施,把气流调整到预定的斜气流廓线模式,并分析了气流调节对流速分布的影响,确定了本试验所需的斜气流实施方案。
【Abstract】 The paper aims to improving the collection efficiency of electrostatic precipitator (ESP)with 264m~2 electrical field area in sinter nachine No.2 of Bao steel and Skew Gas-Flow Technology has been adopted on the basic of model test.In the test the measures of guild flow and fold flow screen are carded out to regulate the gas,which has been scheduled,and influence analy- sis of the regulating to airflow distribution is implemented.At last,the optimal scheme is presented.
