电除尘器内气流分布特性的研究

【摘要】 对电除尘器进气烟箱内常规均匀气流和斜气流下三维流场进行了数值模拟计算和试验研究,流场的模拟采用 k-ε双方程模型,计算采用 SIMPLE 算法。对于常规均匀气流,共设计了五种不同渐扩管扩散角度(α)的烟箱模型,分别进行流场模拟计算,并对进气烟箱出口处的气流分布均匀程度进行评价。通过改变开孔率来形成有规律的斜气流,分别在计算机上模拟计算,并在实验台上进行了测试, 比较发现,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。

【Abstract】 Numerical simulating computation and experimental study on 3-dimensional flow field which is in the gas chamber inlet of the electrostatic precipitator have carried out in this paper, in which a 2-equation model has been adopted to simulate the flow field,and the computation is based on the SIMPLE algorithm.There are five sorts model of the gas chamber inlet for the uniform distribution,which are based on five kinds declining aangle.Simulating ealculate and appraise even distribution on the outlet of the gas chamber inlet.There are three sorts of Skewed gas flow model in the later modeling experiment,which are designed by means of changing the aperture porosity.The result of modeling ealculation is coincide with that of experiment by the contrast of two results and model 3 meet the need of the skewed gas flow.
