旋转式水稻分插机构的结构创新、参数优化和试验验证

【摘要】 分插机构是水稻插秧机的核心工作部件,本文分析了旋转式分插机构在结构设计上应该考虑的几个要素,根据这些要素,我们设计出三种切实可行的旋转式分插机构,并就结构参数优化时,对各个目标函数进行了分析,利用 VB 平台的可视性,对这三种分插机构的运动轨迹进行了分析,并作了比较。
【Abstract】 Planting mechanism is the pivotal work part of rice transplanter.In this paper,several factors about structure devising of rotary-type planting mechanism were studied,and according to them,three kinds of viable rotary-type planting mechanisms were designed.While structure parameters optimized,various object functions were analyzed.By use of Visual Basic program language,motion locus of three planting mechanisms were analyzed and compared with each other.
