空间机构微小化设计探讨
On Microminiature Design of Spatial Mechanisms

【摘要】 在总结微型机电系统(MEMS)的特点和现有微细加工方法的基础上,讨论了空间机构微小化设计的准则,最后用一个空间机构的微小化设计例子说明了设计方法。
【Abstract】 After the summary of the characteristics of MEMS and the existing micro-fabrication technology,the microminiature design of spatial mechanisms are discussed.A spatial mechanism with 5 loops for platform micro- manipulators is presented to show the design method.
