凸轮CAD/CAM中廓面自适应生成的共轭曲面离散解析原理

【摘要】 目前,凸轮 CAD/CAM 系统中廓面设计的数学模型是刚性的,这从根本上制约了凸轮 CAD/CAM 系统的柔性。本文将廓面设计建立在共轭曲面理论的基础上,提出了共轭曲面求解的离散解析原理。从共轭曲面的生成过程着眼,将从动曲面Σ2和共轭曲面Σ1看作两簇点集,认为Σ1是由运动过程中Σ2上满足共轭条件的点在 (o1,x1,y1,z1)空间留下的痕迹的总体表现,从而在数学模型上将计算机运算和共轭曲面解析求解结合起来。“离散解析原理”不仅能处理解析的共轭曲面问题,而且能处理离散的共轭曲面问题,达到共轭曲面计算机求解的智能化、自动化,从根本上解决了廓面自适应设计问题,为构建高柔性凸轮 CAD/CAM 系统奠定了坚实的理论基础, 并提供了有效的计算机实现方法。

【Abstract】 At present the CAD/CAM software system is lowly flexible due to the mathematical models of contours’ design being stiff.To overcome the shortcoming,the discretization and analysis principle for conjugating surfaces’ adaptive design is proposed in this paper.The surface and surface have been regarded as two point sets,and the surface regarded as,taking the generating process of conjugating surfaces into account,the overall appearance of vestiges of the points on surface ∑2 which satisfy the conjugating condition while moving in coordinate .So the mathematical model given in this article is suitable for the combination of the computers’ discrete calculation and the analytical solutions of conjugating surfaces.This method,which can solve not only the solutions of analytical conjugating surfaces,but also the solutions of discrete conjugating surfaces,makes the solutions of conjugating surfaces intelligent and automatic and the highly adaptive design of cams’ contours possible.
