【摘要】 目的研究药用植物鸡骨香根的化学成分。方法用柱色谱法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定其化学结构。结果从鸡骨香根70%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了4个萜类化合物,分别为Mallotucin B(Ⅰ)、Cyperenoic acid(Ⅱ)、Ent-spathulenol(Ⅲ)、Cyperenol(Ⅳ)。结论除化合物Ⅱ外,其余化合物均首次从鸡骨香根中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to study the chemical constituents from the roots of Croton crassifolius.Methods The column chromatography was used for isolation of chemical constituents.Results Four chemical constituents were isolated from the roots of Croton crassifolius.On the bases of spectral data,they were identified as Mallotucin B(Ⅰ).Cyperenoic acid(Ⅱ).Ent-spathulenol(Ⅲ).Cyperenol(Ⅳ).Conclusion All these compounds exceptⅡwere reported from the species for the first time.更多还原
