【摘要】 目的探讨急性血吸虫感染(下称急感)暴发流行的原因及防治对策。方法对湖北省2004年四起急感暴发疫情进行现场调查分析。结果共55例(确诊病例48例,临床病例7例):其中,男性31例,女性24例;年龄最大57岁,最小5岁;职业分类以农民(27例)和学生(25例)为主;接触疫水方式以戏水游泳(26例)和生产、生活(21例)为主。结论控制急感暴发流行,应以提高春查春灭质量和加强中小学生及农民健康教育水平为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the causes to lead to the outbreak of acute schistosomiasis and effective control strategies. Method To analyze the outbreak situation of acute schistosomiasis in four counties in Hubei province in 2004 by field investigation. Results Among the 55cases(48 confirmed cases, 7 probable cases), 31cases are male, 24 cases , female. The oldest is 57y, and the youngest is 5y. Occupation: 27 persons are farmers, 25 persons are students. Contact style: 26 cases infected by playing and swimming, 21 cases by production and living. Conclusion In order to control the epidemic of the acute schistosomiasis , the most effective methods are to improve the quality of snail investigation and mollusiciding in spring, and to provide health education level among students and farmers.更多还原
