加速溶剂萃取(ASE)提取土壤中半挥发性有机物的方法研究

【摘要】 本文对ASE萃取土壤中酸、碱、中性半挥发性有机物的压力、温度等条件进行了验证试验。结果证明:温度在60~150℃,压力在1200~2000psi均适用于提取土壤中多种半挥发性有机物,56种半挥发性有机物回收率大部分在72~129%之间,氮吹会造成一些极性较强化合物的损失。校验证、提出了硅酸镁等吸附剂ASE在线净化土壤样品的方法。
【Abstract】 ASE is a extraction method uses elevated temperature(100℃)and pressure(1500-2000 psi)to achieve analyte recoveries equivalent to those from Soxhlet extraction,using less solvent and taking significantly less time than the Soxhlet procedure.The paper used different approachs of ASE varying the pressure and keeping temperature or on the other hand.As a results,in any temperature and pressure between 60~150℃and 1200~2000psi the recoveries of most 56 kinds of BANs are 72~150%.But,the concentration step with N2 purge can caused the loss of analytes after ASE。A on line cleaning mothed added florisil,silic Gelor Alumina in cell has been used in the paper.
