【摘要】 党的十六届三中全会审议通过的《决定》中提出了"五个统筹"的理念后,统筹区域发展对统筹区域土地利用提出了新的吏高的要求。在此背景下,本文就统筹区域土地利用的理论和方法进行了初步的探讨,并指出土地利用分区是统筹区域土地利用的主要实现途径,着重分析了分区的三种主要方法:叠图法、聚类分析法和指标法,指出三种主要分区类型:地域分区、功能分区和承载力分区,并从组织统筹和空间统筹两个方面给出统筹区域土地利用的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the idea of five overall development was given at the"decision"which was passed in the third plenum of the 16th CPC central committee,coordinated region development set the new higher request to coordinated regional land use.Under the background,theory and methods on coordinated regional land use were discussed in the paper,zoning land use was the major method to coordinate regional development.The three major zoning methods were focused which were overlaping map analysis,cluster analysis and indicators analysis,and three kinds of zoning type were stated,which were zoning district,zoning function and zoning supporting capacity.Strategies and suggestions to coordinate regional land use were put forward in the aspects of organizational and spatial coordination.更多还原
