【摘要】 土地是城市发展的基础和载体,城市的发展实际上是人们对城市土地利用的过程。随着我国经济的快速发展,城市化、工业化进程不断加快,新增城市人口对城市建设用地的需求不断递增,城市土地的供应与我国耕地总量动态平衡的目标受到了严重的压力,仅靠新增建设用地来满足用地需求已经远远不够了。要满足社会发展的需要,解决土地供需间的矛盾,就要遏制土地利用的粗放和浪费现象,实现土地资源的节约集约利用。本文分析了开封土地利用的现状、潜力和问题,并提出了一些促进开封土地节约集约利用的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land is the base and carrier of the city’s development.In fact,the city’s developing course is the process that people use the city land.With the economy’s flourishing,the civilization and industrialization’s fast developing,and the urban population’s increasing,the demands of more constructive land will be a great pressure to our country’s land balance.Of course,we can’t only depend on increasing the constructive land to solve the problem.So using the land more effective is the way to solve the lack of city land supply.At the same time,research land intensive exploitation in Kaifeng and make the countermeasures is very necessary.This paper analyses the status quo,the potential and the problems of land use in Kaifeng,and then provides some countermeasures for them.更多还原
