A市大气污染与呼吸系统疾病发病率的相关性分析
Correlation analysis of air pollution and infection of respiratory disease in city A

【摘要】 目的探讨大气污染物与人群呼吸系统疾病的相互关系。方法依据A市2004年的环境临测资料,即可吸入颗粒物(PM10)二氧化氮(NO2)和二氧化硫(SO2)的浓度数据,和市第一人民医院2004年呼吸系统疾病的住院人数,对主要的呼吸系统疾病类型(包括支气管炎、哮喘和肺炎)和大气监测的各项指标要素进行了相关分析。结果支气管炎住院人数与NO2浓度之间的相关系数为0.800(P<0.01),与PM10的相关系数0.716(P<0.01):哮喘人数与PM10浓度的相关系数为0.698(0.01<P<0.05);肺炎人数与SO2浓度之间相关系数为0.548(0.01<P<0.05)。结论支气管炎住院人数与二氧化氮(NO2)和可吸入颗粒物(PM10)的浓度显著相关,哮喘住院人数与可吸入颗粒物(PM10)浓度关系密切,肺炎的住院人数与SO2浓度之间关系较密切。
【Abstract】 Objective To discussing the relationship between the air pollution and the respiratory disease.Methods Based on the data of air pollutants concentration in 2004,i.e.the concentration of PM10,NO2 and SO2,and the data of respiratory disease inpatient(including bronchitis,asthma and pneumonia) in 2004 from No.1 People’s Hospital,City A,we have done correlation analysis.Results The correlation coefficient of bronchitis inpatient and NO2 concentration is 0.800(P<0.01),and that of bronchitis inpatient and PM10 is 0.716 (P<0.01);the correlation coefficient of asthma and PM 10 concentration is 0.698 (0.01<P<0.05):the correlation coefficient of pneumonia and SO2 concentration is 0.548(0.01<P<0.050).Conclusion In city A, bronchitis inpatient data has notable correlation with PM10 and NO2 concentration,asthma inpatient data has positive linear relation with PM10 concentration,pneumonia inpatient data has positive linear relation with SO2 concentration.
