结肠小袋纤毛虫体外培养特性的初步观察

【摘要】 试验观察了结肠小袋纤毛虫(Balantidium coli)在体外培养条件下的生长情况。结果表明,结肠小袋纤毛虫滋养体在体外的最适生存温度为28℃,在洛克氏液中生存时间明显长于生理盐水和蒸馏水,在RSS培养基及双相培养基中可在培养24h时达到高峰。在含有诺氟沙星的兔血水培养基中,滋养体的数量可在培养后96h达到高峰,生存时间达成180h。
【Abstract】 The conditions for cultivation of B.coli in vitro were investigated in the present study.Results showed that the optimum temperature for cultivation of B.coli in vitro was 28℃,the surival time of trophozoites of B.coli in Ringer was longer than that in normal saline and in distilled water,the number of trophozoites of B.coli reached a high peak at 24h after cultivation in RSS medium and in double medium.In the medium which contain rabbit blood,distilled water,Norfloxacin,the number of trophozoites of B.coli reached a high peak at 96h after cultivation,and the survival time of B.coli approached up to 180h.
