紫花苜蓿对团头鲂生长性能及消化酶活性影响的研究

【摘要】 选取来源一致、规格整齐、体质健康、游动活泼体重为(59.90±0.84g)的团头鲂1530尾,采用单因子随机区组设计,分为6个处理,每处理3个重复,每重复85尾。各处理组苜蓿草粉添加量分别为:0%(对照组)、8%(试验Ⅰ组)、16%(试验Ⅱ组)、24%(试验Ⅲ组)、32%(试验Ⅳ组)和0%+苜蓿鲜草(试验Ⅴ组),研究苜蓿草粉及其鲜草对团头鲂生长性能、消化酶活性及经济效益的影响。结果表明:(1)添加苜蓿草粉后,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的尾均日增重、相对生长率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验Ⅲ组高于、试验Ⅳ组低于对照组,但差异均不显著(p>0.05);(2)添加苜蓿草粉后对消化道各部位蛋白酶活性及淀粉酶活性有促进作用,试验Ⅱ组在后肠的蛋白酶活性、试验Ⅳ组在肝胰脏中的淀粉酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组经济效益均有所提高;(4)投喂一定量的苜蓿鲜草,可以提高其消化酶活性,改善其生长性能,获得较好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 1530 Bluntnose Black Bream (Megalobrama amblycepnala) (59.90±0.84g) were randomly divided into six treatments of three replicates each one to study the effect of alfalfa meal and fresh alfalfa on production performance and the digestive enzymes. The control group was fed with the basal diets (0% alfalfa meal) ,the other groups were fed diets with 8%(groupⅠ),16%(groupⅡ), 24% (groupⅢ)and 32%(groupⅣ) alfalfa meal and fresh alfalfa (groupⅤ),respectively.The results showed that (1)Comparing with the control group,the average daily gain and relative growth rate of the fishes fed with 8% or 16% alfalfa meal had very significantly increase (P<0.01),those fed 24% alfalfa meal were higher and those fed 32% alfalfa meal were lower than that of the control group,however they had no significant difference from the control group(P>0.05).(2)The activity of digestive enzymes of all experimental groups was higher than the control group.The protease in hindgut of groupⅡand the amylase in hepatopancrac of groupⅣwere significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group the economic benefits of the groupⅠandⅡwere also improved.(4)Most indexes of the group V fed fresh alfalfa was improved.
