转Bt基因水稻抗虫性测定

【摘要】 采用人工接虫方法,鉴定了转 Bt 基因水稻对三化螟的抗虫性;同时在田间自然感虫条件下系统调查了转 Bt 基因水稻对稻田两类主要害虫—稻飞虱、稻纵卷叶螟的抗性。结果表明:转 Bt 基因水稻对三化螟、稻纵卷叶螟有很好的抗虫效果;对稻飞虱(白背飞虱和褐飞虱)不具抗虫效果。

【Abstract】 The resistance to yellow stem borer (YSB) and influences on main pests in rice field were studied using the transgenic indica rice CMS restorer line Minghui63 (T51-1) and its derived variety,Shangyou63/Bt,expressing a Bt fusion protein derived from cryIA (b) and cryIA (c) sequences,Shangyou63 and Minghui63 as the control varieties.The transgenic Bt rice was very resistant to the main Lepidopterous pests,such as the YSB and leaffolder,It was not obviously easy to find the two kind pests in transgenic Bt rice field.But the rice plan- thopper was easy to break heavily in transgenic rice field.If so,we should take action immedi- ately to decrease the number of the rice planthopper,using the agriculture insecticide-Imida- cloprid,which was very effective to control the rice planthopper and did little harm to the main natural enemy-spiders.
