【摘要】 目的探讨经皮腰椎间盘切除术(PLD)及盘外胶原酶化学溶核术(CCNL)相结合的双介入方法治疗腰椎间盘脱垂的临床疗效。资料与方法对29例经临床及 CT 证实的腰椎间盘脱垂患者实施双介入方法治疗,其中,男17例,女12例,年龄23～72岁,平均41岁。结果经术后连续6月～23月的随访,显效51．72%(15例),有效37．93%(11例),无效10．35%(3例),无严重并发症。结论双介入方法是治疗腰椎间盘脱垂的一种有效手段,有助于提高介入治疗的有效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the double interventional therapy(percutaneous lumbar disectomy,PLD and collagenase chemonucleolysis CCNL)in treating lumbar intervertebral disc proplapse(LIDP).Materials and methods 29 patients with LIDP proved by clinical and CT data were treated by double interventional therapy,of which,17 were male cases,12 female cases,age were 23～72 years (mean age 41 years).Results After follow-up of 6 months to 23 months,the excellent effective rate were 51.72%(15 cases),good effective rate were 37.93%(11 cases),no-effective rate were 10.35%(3 cases), and no serious complication.Conclusion Double interventionl therapy is an effective interventional treating method,it can approve the effective rate of interventional therapy in treating LIDP.更多还原
