【摘要】 目的联合应用放射性粒子¹²⁵Ⅰ和化学性粒子中人氟安治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤,观察其近期疗效。材料和方法对2005年10月至2007年5月之间收治的45例头颈部恶性肿瘤患者,其中原发性肿瘤13 例（甲状腺癌3例；舌根癌5例；涎腺癌3例；鼻咽癌2例）,术后复发17例（喉癌4例；上颌窦癌6 例；下颌骨肉瘤3例；颞下窝肉瘤1例；牙龈癌3例；）,转移性癌15例（食道癌6例；肺癌5例；乳腺癌2例；卵巢癌1例；肾母细胞瘤1例）,采用联合应用放射性粒子¹²⁵Ⅰ和化学性粒子中人氟安肿瘤内植入治疗的方法。在治疗前先作 TPS 计划系统,模拟种植粒子,计算出需要的粒子数,治疗时在 CT 导向下,局麻后将植入针准确扎入肿瘤内,分别将一粒放射性粒子¹²⁵Ⅰ和一管化学性粒子中人氟安植入瘤体内,退针1CM,再用同样的方法分次植入余下的粒子。结果本组患者随访3～26个月,平均11 个月,有37例肿瘤完全消失,4例肿瘤明显缩小,4例在4～6个月内尚有残余肿瘤,又行二次粒子补种后,2个月内肿瘤完全消失。结论联合应用放射性粒子¹²⁵Ⅰ和化学性粒子中人氟安治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤,对头颈部原发性肿瘤和术后复发及转移性肿瘤疗效显著。是一种微创、安全、适应征广,疗效高的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To evaluate the clinical value of radioactive ¹²⁵Ⅰ combined with sustained-release preparation 5-fluorouracail（sinofuan）implantation in treating head and neck malignant tumor.Methods 45 head and neck malignant tumor patients were enrolled in this study,including 13 primary tumor patients（3 of thyroid carcinoma,5 of lingual root carcinoma,3 of salivary gland carcinoma,2 of nasopharyngeal carcinoma）,17 postoperative recurrence carcinoma patients（4 of laryngocarcinoma,6 of maxillary sinus carcinoma,3 of sarcoma of lower jaw,1 of fossa subtemporalis tumor carneus,3 of carcinoma of gingival）,and 15 metastatic carcinoma patients（6 of esophageal carcinoma,5 of lung cancer,2 of breast cancer,1 of ovarian cancer,1 of nephroblastoma）.Patients were given radioactive ¹²⁵Ⅰ combined with sustained-release preparation 5-fluorouracail（sinofuan）implantation intratumorally.Before the operation, simulation of operation and calculation of the number of radioactive particles were done by treatment plan system.Radioactive seeds of ¹²⁵Ⅰ and Sinofuan were implanted into the cancer at the distance of about 1.0 cm guided by CT.Results All patients were followed-up for 3 to 26 months（average 11 months）.There were complete disappear of carcinoma in 37 patients,diminution significantly in 4 cases.4 cases still had residuary tumor in 4 to 6 months after implantation,but after the second implantation of radioactive radicals,tumor of these 4 patients disappeared completely.Conclusion Radioactive ¹²⁵I combined with sustained-release preparation 5-fluorouracail（sinofuan）implantation for treating head and neck primary,recurrence and metastatic carcinoma was effective with minimal damage,broadly indications and high therapeutic effects.更多还原
