【摘要】 目的：探讨顺铂碘化油乳剂注射结合放疗治疗中晚期周围型肺癌的疗效。方法：选取33例中晚期周围型肺癌患者行适形放疗,放疗4周后行 CT 导向下经皮肺穿刺瘤内顺铂碘化油乳剂注射。结果：有效率(CR+PR)为90．9%(30/33)。局部病灶平均无进展期17．6个月,中位无进展期15个月。骨髓抑制Ⅰ度42．4%,Ⅱ 24．2%,Ⅲ度15．7%,Ⅳ度3%；消化道反应Ⅰ度12%,Ⅱ度65．5%,Ⅲ度15．7%,Ⅳ度9%。穿刺后2例少量气胸,1例出现咯血,11例出现痰中带血,15例出现喉头异物感,余5例无明显反应。所有患者均未因此治疗出现胸腔积液、血胸及感染等现象。结论：顺铂碘化油乳剂注射与放化疗结合的方法治疗中晚期周围型肺癌并发症少,疗效好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of lipiodol with Cisplatin combined with radiotherapy to peripheral lung carcinoma.Methods Thirty three patients with peripheral lung carcinoma were treated with radiotheraphy.During the treatment period,the percutaneous intratumor lipiodol with absolute alcohol injection guided by CT was done.Result Local lesion effective rate was 90.9%.The average of local lesion non- progression was 17.6 month.The median non-progression was 15 month.And the 1,2,3 year survival rates were 65.2%,14.7%,7%.The mean survival time was 17.8 month..The median survival time was 17 month.Bone marrow depression(BMD)There was no serious complication appeared.Effective rate,survival rate of 1,3,5 years were superior to that of radiotherapy only.Conclution Lipiodol with absolute alcohol combined with radiotherapy to peripheral lung carcinoma is a safe and effetive treatment.更多还原
