介入治疗肝海绵状血管瘤平阳霉素碘油乳剂用量的探讨

【摘要】 目的：探讨介入治疗肝海绵状血管瘤的栓塞剂用量方法：超选择性肝动脉插管平阳霉素碘化油乳剂(PLE)栓塞治疗肝海绵状血管瘤40例,根据栓后瘤周有无碘油进入分为两组。对比观察两组药物用量、疗效、并发症。结果：两组有效率无显著差异,药物用量、持续性疼痛发生率碘油进入门静脉组均高于对照组。结论：CHL 栓塞治疗中,栓塞剂用量应以个体化原则,以不出现瘤周门静脉碘油进入为宜。
【Abstract】 objective To discuss the dosage of Pingyangmycin Lipiodol emulsion(PLE)in the intra-arterial embolization for cavernous hemangioma of liver(CHL).Methods 40 cases of CHL patients were treated by hyper selective hepatic artery embolization with PLE and divided into two groups according to whether lipiodol flowing into portal vein(LFPV)after hepatic artery embolization..Results.There was no significance between two groups in effective rate(p＞0.05)..The dosage and durative ache in group of LFPV was higher than another(p＜0.05)Conclusions The dosage of PLE should base on individuality and no lipiodol flowing into portal vei after hepatic artery embolization
