【摘要】 以0.085g/kg.bw、0.170g/kg.bw、0.510g/kg.bw低中高三种速溶茯茶的剂量饲喂Wistar大鼠30天,结果表明茯茶具有降低Wistar大鼠体重、TC、TG以及升高HDL-C的作用。以茶水比为1:1000浸提茯茶1小时制成茯茶饮料,以10000mL/d剂量进行人体试饮34天,结果显示,受试者TG下降显著,HDL-C上升显著,TC下降极显著,LDL-C亦有下降,但无显著性差异;受试者均无不良反应发生,血常规、血糖、肝肾功能均无异常变化。所制茯茶饮料在90天内稳定,各项指标符合国家卫生标准。由此得出,茯茶具有很好的辅助调节血脂作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment of raising Wistar mouse was carded out by three different dose of 0.085g/kg.bw,0.170g/kg.bw and 0.510g/kg.bw for 30 days.The results showed that Fuzhuan Tea had the effect of decreasing the weight,TC,TG and increasing HDL-C.After the Fuzhuan Tea beverage processed by the parameters of extracting 1 hour with the ratio of 1:1000 of tea to water was drank by people with the dose of 1000 mL/day for 34 days,the content of TC and TG in drinker decreased significantly,the content of LDL-C also decreased,and the content of HDL-C increased significantly.All the drinker felt good,and their blood general index,blood sugar index and liver and kidney function all were normal.The beverage was stable for 90 days storage,all indexs were accord with the national hygeian standard.All results suggested Fuzhuan Tea had better effect on assisted adjusting lipid.更多还原
