【摘要】 目的:研究贵阳市城区老年人慢性病对日常生活功能(ADL和IADL)的影响.方法:通过问卷询问和体格检查相结合,对贵阳市城区966名≥60岁的老年人进行了慢性病和日常生活功能调查.运用非条件Logistic回归分析有关慢性病对老年人日常生活功能损害的作用大小.结果:慢性病患病率为57.8%,ADL损害率为9.4%, IADL损害率为23.2%.对ADL损害影响显著的疾病依次为脑血管疾病、白内障、慢性阻塞性肺部疾患和关节炎/风湿病;对IADL损害影响显著的疾病依次为脑血管疾病、冠心病、慢性阻塞性肺部疾患和关节炎/风湿病.结论:慢性病患病率高低与老年人日常生活功能损害率无对应关系,受疾病性质、严重程度和躯体活动能力影响较大.对老年人日常生活功能损害作用显著的疾病的分布有一定地区性.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the impact of the chronic diseases on the ability of daily life in the elderly of Guiyang city. Methods:The chronic diseases they suffered from and the ability of daily life of 966 elderly people aged 60 years old or above were investigated by using questionnaires and physical examination.The indexes of the ability of daily life were physical activities of daily living(ADL)and instrumental activities of daily living(IADL).The non-conditioned Logistic regression model was used in analyzing the effect of some chronic diseases on the ability of daily life in the elderly.Results:The prevalence rate of chronic diseases was 57.8%.The rates of function disability for ADL and IADL were 9.4%and 23.2%.respectively.Cerebrovascular disease.cataract (or coronary heart disease).chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and arthritis/rheumatic disease showed a significant effect on the function disability for ADL and IADL,respectively.Conclusion:There is no parallel relationship between the chronic diseases and the function disability of daily life among the elderly.The function disability of daily life among the elderly was affected significantly by the character and the seriousness of chronic diseases,and the ability of body movement.It also showed that there was different distribution of chronic diseases which affected the function disability in different areas.更多还原
