竹荪提取液对抗砷致小鼠肝脏氧化损伤的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨竹荪提取液有无对抗砷致小鼠肝脏氧化损伤的作用.方法用三氧化二砷(As2O3)制备砷中毒肝脏脂质过氧化损伤的动物模型,通过亚慢性实验研究了竹荪提取液对小鼠肝脏脂质过氧化(LPO)水平的影响;结果在亚慢性实验中,竹荪提取液(5g、10g)组与正常对照组相比,其SOD、GSH-Px活力、-SH含量增高,差异具有显著性(p<0.05),而MDA含量未观察到明显变化;砷+竹荪提取液(5g、10g)组与砷中毒模型组相比,其SOD、GSH-Px活力、-SH含量则明显增高,差异有显著性(P<0.05),MDA含量显著下降(P<0.01)。结论竹荪具有抗氧化作用,对三氧化二砷所致小鼠肝脏脂质过氧化损伤具有一定的保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the extract from dictyophora on liver lipid peroxidation caused by arsenic in mice.Methods Preparation the liver toxicity model in mice caused by As2O3,the effect of the extract from dictyophora on lipid peroxidation in mice liver was studied by means of subchronic experiment.Results In subchronic experiment,Comparing with the normal control,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),the contents of hydrosulfide(-SH)were signifficantly higher(P<0.05),but the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)hadn’t signifficantly change in the extract from dicyiphora groups;Meanwhile,Comparing with arsenism model control,the activity of SOD, GSH-Px,the contents of-SH were signifficantly higher(P<0.05),and MDA were lower(P<0.01)in arsenic and the extract from dicyiphora groups.Conclusions Dictyophora has anti-lipid peroxidatipn effect and has certain protective effect on liver toxicity in mice caused by As2O3.
