【摘要】 目的为了对性服务小姐传播艾滋病的危险行为进行监测,了解高危人群与低危人群的联系,以便采取有效的干预措施。方法抽样采取二阶段等概率抽样方法,调查采取随机样本法。调查时,狠抓质量控制,采用一对一的方式单独进行,强调对被调查对象的保密,以保证答卷的真实性。并严格按照每一个被抽样单位调查人数不超过25人的要求。结果共调查"服务小姐"404人,年龄以20～25岁组最多,246人(60.89%),文化程度以初中最多,188人(46.53%);对艾滋病知识的了解情况,能正确认识传播途径的占63.79%,能正确认识预防方法的占51.45%;有性乱情况的322人(79.70%),发生性乱时坚持使用避孕套的只有45.05%,有过生殖部位异常的270人(66.38%)。结论通过本次调查了解到贵阳市公共场所"服务小姐"年龄偏小,文化程度较低,近一半的人不能正确认识艾滋病的传播途径及预防方法;这一人群性乱现象严重,并存在不安全高危性行为,一半的人在与客人发生性关系时未坚持使用避孕套。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Detecting the risk of transmission HIV by the famale commercial sex workers (FCSWs) and knowing the relationship between high risk people and low risk people in order to take effective interference measures.Methods Using random sample method and same probability in two phases.In order to control the quality and insure the result,asking the sex worker alone and emphasizing the secrecy.Based on the sampling method,asking 25 sex workers in one unit at best.Results Investigated 404 FCSWs,246 (60.89%) were aged 20～25 years,188(46.53%) only had junior high school education.63.79%of them have the correct knowledge about the transmission of AIDS,51.45%know the precautionary approaches of AIDS. 322(79.70%) of them have commercial sex acts,Only 45.05%among them insisted condom use.270 of them had have genital ills.Conclusions The commercial sex workers in Guiyang are younger and have lower education.Near half of them don’t know the transmission ways of AIDS and how to prevent it.There are unsafe sex among them and half of them didn’t insist on using condoms when they had commercial sex acts.更多还原
