用于溶液除湿空调系统的无机填料的直接蒸发冷却实验研究

【摘要】 直接蒸发冷却是溶液除湿蒸发冷却空调系统的重要组成部分。对用于溶液除湿空调系统的无机填料的直接蒸发冷却过程进行了实验研究,分析了影响直接蒸发冷却效率、传热系数以及空气阻力的主要因素,并给出了经验公式,旨在为溶液除湿空调系统直接蒸发冷却功能段的设计与分析提供参考。
【Abstract】 Direct evaporative cooling (DEC) is one of the most important processes in liquid desiccant evaporative cooling air-conditioning system. In this paper experimental research on DEC using inorganic packing applied for liquid desiccant air-conditioning system was carried out. And effect of various factors on the efficiency, heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop of the DEC was investigated. Some empirical equations for coefficient of heat transfer and air resistance were established, which would provide reference for the design and analysis of DEC.
