用于低温及深冷温区的高频脉冲管制冷机

【摘要】 首先介绍了作者开发的可用于80 K及以下温区的高频脉冲管制冷机。在此基础上,去掉了低温下一般都必用的维持高真空的真空罩,设计了新的结构,改进了脉冲管制冷机的设计以求在高温区维持较高的效率。实验表明改进后的脉冲管制冷机能达到-100℃的深冷温区,这为深冷温区微小冷量的用户开辟了一条新的思路。
【Abstract】 In the paper, the high frequency pulse tube coolers (PTCs) developed for 80 K and below temperature application are introduced. Based on these work, by removing the vacuum chamber for cryogencis, adopting new design for high temperature scope, a prototype PTC is designed and fabricated for - 100 ℃ application. Experiments have been done and show that - 100 ℃ could be reached without vacuum chamber. This work gives a new method for some small cooling power application at - 100 ℃ temperature scope.
