用于复叠式制冷循环低温级的新系列共沸/近共沸工质
New azeotropic/azeotropic-like refrigerants used in lower temperature stage of cascade refrigeration system

【摘要】 针对-80℃温区复叠式制冷循环低温级的常用工质发展的现状,预测和发现了新系列(R170/R116/R23) 共沸/近共沸混合物以替代原有工质。通过对其环保特性、相平衡特性、传热特性和制冷性能等的理论和实验研究,初步验证了它们作为双级复叠循环制冷低温级替代工质的潜在优势。
【Abstract】 In the traditional cascade refrigeration system for -80 癈 refrigeration applications, refrigerants used in the lower temperature stage are R13, R23, R503 and R508B. These have high ozone depletion potential (ODP) or large global warming potential (GWP) or both detrimental facets. Furthermore, the refrigerant R508B that is popularly used in most newly built systems is less soluble in compressor lubricant, which would lead to a reduction of system reliability. Thus alternatives to these refrigerants are required for cascade refrigeration systems. A new series of azeotropic/azeotropic-like refrigerants (R170/ R116/R23) are discussed in this paper. Theoretical and experimental researches of the new series have been made on the environmental characteristics, phase equilibrium behavior, performance of heat transfer and performance of refrigeration. The new series show a quite good potential for use in the lower temperature stage of two-stage cascade refrigeration systems.
