管材滚压剪切断口质量的研究
The Study of the Quality of Tube Section in Roll-Cutting

【摘要】 介绍了管材滚压剪切的变形机理,有限元模拟管材滚压剪切的基本原理,使用有限元软件DEFORMTM 3D对材料为45钢的φ76×3钢管的滚切过程进行了模拟,通过实验验证了用有限元研究滚切过程的有效性,得到滚切过程中滚切力、进给速度等因素对管材的切口质量的影响规律。
【Abstract】 The crucial mechanics of metal deformation and the base principles of FEM simulation for roll-cutting of tube are introduced. The processes of roll-cutting(?)p76×3 tubes, which are made of AISI 1045, are simulated by DEFORMTM 3D codes. The validity of FEM simulation for roll-cutting tubes is verified by experiment. The relations between the quality of section and the cutting speed and force are obtained.
