一种碱土金属硫化物光激励发光材料在辐射剂量测量中的应用

【摘要】 本文研究了以ⅡA组碱土金属Ca和ⅥA族S元素构成的碱土金属硫化物(AES)为基质材料,经过适当的掺杂两种稀土激活剂而合成的一类新型光学功能材料的辐射剂量特性。将CaS:Ce/Eu, Sm材料做成PMMA剂量片在60Coγ源下接受辐照,然后用自己搭建的在线实时测试系统对剂量片发出的荧光信号进行测量。实验发现碱土金属硫化物光激励发光材料在0.01~1000Gy辐射剂量响应范围内,荧光信号强度与辐照剂量线性关系良好,说明碱土金属硫化物光激励发光材料在辐射剂量测量中有着很好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the radiation dose characteristics of a new type of optical material,which it contains a groupⅡA with alkaline earth metal Ca andⅥA group with S consisting of alkaline-earth metal elements sulfide(AES)for the matrix material and and synthesis of the two rare-earth-doped appropriate activator.The PMMA films which made of CaS:Ce/Eu,Sm had placed into the radiation source,then the fluorescence signal which sends out from dosimeter films was measured with the test system which build up by ourselves.The relation between the radiation dose and the fluorescence intensity of the dosimeter films is carried.The measuring range of the dosimeter is from 0.01 to 1000Gy,there is a good linear relationship between stimulated luminescence signal value of material and the dose.It demonstrates that alkaline-earth metal sulphides have a good prospect.
