氢气放电源打靶的X射线新谱线能量测量不确定度评估
Energy Uncertainty Evaluation of Novel X-Ray Spectral Lines Discovered in Hydrogen Gas Discharge Source Bombard Target

【摘要】 用氢气放电产生的离子和X射线打靶的方法研究打靶谱时,观测到了与打靶材料无关的五条X射线新谱线:(1.74keV±0.11)keV,(2.28±0.07)keV,(2.60±0.08)keV,(3.29±0.10)keV,(3.66±0.11)keV。X射线谱的测量是用Si(Li)谱仪和HPGe谱仪实现的。因此要求谱仪系统中的微机多道要能准确的给出五条X射线新谱线谱峰的能量值。测出的五条X射线新谱线的能量是否可信取决于谱仪系统工作的稳定性和能量刻度。通过测量谱仪系统的零点和道数-能量转换系数完成谱仪系统的能量刻度。由于五条新谱线的能量集中在低能区(小于4keV),所以谱仪系统的零点对能量刻度的影响十分突出。本文通过实验比较了零点测量的四种方法:道数-能量关系直线外推法、脉冲幅度-道数关系直线外推法、双能X射线源法和特征X射线法。比较结果表明:用道数-能量直线外推法测量零点比其它三种方法准确。在谱仪系统的能量和道数关系线性的条件下,道数-能量转换系数由X射线已知能量给出。实验测量结果表明:当能量大于2.0keV时,能量刻度不确定度小于2 %。当能量小于2.0keV时,由于低能区的线性失真和零点漂移,能量刻度的不确定度小于6.5%。
【Abstract】 There are five spectral lines were detected on the experiment that ion and X-Ray Produced by Hydrogen Gas discharge bombard targets by Si(Li)or HPGe detector.Energy of the spectral lines each are(1.74±0.11)keV,(2.28±0.07)keV,(2.60±0.08)keV,(3.29±0.10)keV and(3.66±0.11)keV.The energy reliability of five novel X-Ray spectral lines are determined by the stability of Si(Li)and HPGe spectrometer and calibration.We can get Zero Point and Channel-Energy transform coefficient through energy calibration.Influence of Zero Point to energy is significant for energy of five novel X-Ray spectral lines below 4keV.Four methods are compared though experiments including the linear extrapolation of channel-energy correlation,the double radiation source method and the characteristic X-Ray line Spectrum method.The comparison results show that the linear extrapolation of channel-energy correlation is more accurate to the others.By this method,Energy uncertainty less than 2%or 6.5%can be obtained when X-Ray energy is more than 2.0keV or below it.
