工业用煤成份定量分析系统的设计原理

【摘要】 本文详细介绍了工业用煤成份定量分析系统的设计原理、系统构成。给出了系统的整体设计框架,PCI-1711数据采集卡的功能、特性、开发步骤以及在本系统中的具体应用,软件子系统的开发流程和主要功能模块。最后,给出了以241Am低能γ射线源为工作源所实现的工业用煤成份定量分析系统的特性、应用范围和初步的试验结果。
【Abstract】 The designing principle,the constitution of quantitative analysis system of industrial coal composition are introduced in the paper in detail.In the following,the whole frame of the system is given.The functions,the characteristics and the usage of multifunction data acquisition card PCI-1711 are described.The developing process and the function modules of software are presented.Finally,the real prototype,it’s characteristics and the elementary result of measurement of the quantitative analysis system of industrial coal composition is depicted.The 241Am is used as a radioactive element in the system.
