钴-60集装箱检测装备系列研究与应用

【摘要】 阐述了清华大学核研院提出并实现的用钴-60γ数字辐射照相技术来在线检查集装箱的方法与装置。该系统所用γ射线源为3-11TBq的常规钴-60工业探伤机,安全可靠、价格低,但辐射强度却比加速器的低数百倍。籍助于所发明的高灵敏度阵列探测装置以及研究发展的特殊低噪声前端电路和计算机信号与图像处理技术,使得此种装置的检测性能与昂贵的加速器集装箱检测系统相当,而占地小、价格低、易操作、好维护、辐射安全性好、可靠性极佳,在国内外集装箱检测装备行业中独树一帜。本文说明了此种检测系统的总体构思、结构、原理及性能,也介绍了系列化与产业化工作以及实际应用效果。

【Abstract】 The container inspection method and apparatus using Cobalt-60 digital radiography technology, which is invented by INET of Tsinghua University, are illustrated in this paper. The radiation sources of these systems are the commercial Cobalt-60 non-destructive testing projector of 3~11 TBq. These projectors are very reliable and stable but their radiation output is several hundred times weaker than that of accelerator. By using the special sensitive array detector (invented by INET), the low noise front end circuits and the advance signal and image processing technology, the Cobalt-60 container inspection system possesses nice characteristics similar to the accelerator type container inspection system. Nevertheless, Cobalt-60 container inspection system is much cheaper , more reliable, safer and easy to operate and maintain. The space required for Cobalt-60 system is also much smaller than accelerator system. The main design idea, structure and performance of Cobalt-60 container inspection system are illustrated in this paper. The work on production and application of these systems are also shown.
