【Abstract】 The newly developed CdZnTe material has several advantages. Resistivities on the order of 1011Ω·cm are achieved without any impurity doping. The consequent low detector leakage currents lead to improved energy resolution;no polarization effects and temperature for useful operation up to 100℃.Although CdZnTe has traditionally been used for γray detection because of its high atomic number and high density, it can also be used for detection of low energy X ray.更多还原
