表面污染监测仪器的检测能力和报警阈

【摘要】 本文围绕如何评价表面污染监测仪器的检测能力,参考相应的标准的规定．引入了并称之为参考面积的概念．就探测器窗口面积、本底计数和探测灵敏度之间的关系提出了有关评价依据的初步看法,并就报警阈的设定表达了一种意气。
【Abstract】 In the work. referencing relative rules in standards, a conception about a called "reference area" is recommended to evaluate the detectability of surface contamination monitors among mindow area of detector,background count and minimum detectable limite. And a idea is explained too.
