一个高分辨快电子能量损失谱仪供电系统的物理设计和应用

【摘要】 本文介绍一个高分辨快电子能量损失谱仪的供电系统的设计思想、供电方案及主要电源的设计指标。实践证明这个设计是可行的、先进的。
【Abstract】 The design idea,the scheme and the design indexes of major powers for the power supply system of the high-resolution fast -electron energy loss spectometer are introduced in this paper.This system has been used and the application situation shows it is feasible and advanced.
