【Abstract】 The swift development and the widespread of the computer technology,network technology and information technology have provided the new developing platform and technological support for the editing,publishing and contribution of the science journals,and also promoted the basic conversion of the editing working mode about the science journals with the concrete reflection on conversion of the manuscript management and information collection,that of editing flow of the journals and that of the reporting mode about the information.更多还原
