水热条件下钢渣细集料砂浆体积变形研究

【摘要】 为弄清钢渣集料对水泥砂浆体积稳定性的影响,分别采用不同来源的、不同工艺处理的、不同蒸汽处理时间的和不同河砂掺量的钢渣细集料(粒径在4.75 mm以下)配制水泥砂浆试件,以线性膨胀率为指标,研究了试件在水热80℃环境下的体积变形,并采用XRD对膨胀产物的矿物组成进行了分析。结果表明:钢渣的来源、处理工艺、蒸汽处理时间及掺量(25%以上)对试件的膨胀率发展规律影响不明显。随龄期的增长,各试件的膨胀率一直增大,膨胀率的增长率均呈先缓慢降低,后缓慢增大,最后快速增大的规律发展,且试件都以白、黄色颗粒为中心开裂,此颗粒的主要矿物为方镁石、Ca(OH)2、Mg(OH)2、CaCO3。
【Abstract】 With volume linear expansion ratio as an index,the volume deformation of mortar with different steel slag fine aggregate,including different sources,different technology treatment,different hours of steam treatment and different contents was investigated in hydrothermal environment at 80℃.The mineral compositions of expansive production were analyzed with XRD.The results showed that different source,treatment,hours of steam and contents had little effects on the pattern of expansion ratio development of steel slag fine aggregate mortar specimens.The expansion ratio of all specimens increased with the growth of age.And the increasing rate of expansion ratio firstly decreased to minimum slowly and then increased gradually and finally increased rapidly.Meanwhile,specimens cracked with white/tawny granule as center.The main mineral compositions of the granule were periclase(MgO),brucite (Mg(OH)2),calcite(CaCO3)and portlandite(Ca(OH)2).
