小鼠硬脊膜下慢性置管模型的制备

【摘要】 目的探索一种新的小鼠鞘内注射的模型。方法小鼠手术置入硬脊膜下导管后,测试小鼠运动功能,并与常规鞘内注射方法进行比较。结果术后,导管位置正确,并可保持功用达14天以上。手术没有造成小鼠脊髓组织学上的损伤,亦没有造成小鼠的运动功能损伤。同时与常规方法比较,鞘内注射效果无显著差异,而在重复给药方面,明显占优。结论本方法是一种确实有效的鞘内注射手段。适用于鞘内注射的重复给药。

【Abstract】 To develop a new model for intrathecal injection(i.t.)in mice.Method:Mice were catheterized under spinal subdural space.After operation,the motor function behaviors were tested in mice.The effects of acute and chronic intrathecal injection were studied and compared between the current method and that of acute lumbar puncture.Results:The catheter stayed in place and was functional for at least 14 days.No histological damage in the spinal cord after catheter implantation via morphological studies.And no motor functions were impaired.There was no significant difference in the effects of i.t.between that two methods.But this novel method has advantages over the conventional lumbar puncture technique for intrathecal delivery of drugs upon repeated. Conclusion:The current method is an effective means of intrathecal injection,particularly for the application of repeated injections.
