【摘要】 休克是多发伤后临床常见的危重综合征之一,其主要死因是低灌注以及大出血、感染和再灌注损伤等原因导致的多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS),病死率较高。近年来,人们对休克的观念不断更新,认识到纠正细胞缺氧和改善细胞功能为复苏最终目标。本文综合相关文献并结合本科室自身经验,对多发伤后休克诊断、监测与治疗的重要进展和相关问题进行初步总结和探讨,以期进一步改善多发伤患者预后,降低病死率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shock as one of the frequent clinical critical sydromes after multiple injury,the major cause of death is Hypoperfusion and hemorrhea,infection and reperfusion injury and others lead to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS),mortality rate is high.For the past few years,the opinion of the shock has been continuously updated,and we recognize that rectify hypoxic cells to improve cell function is the final goal of resuscitation.In this paper,We synthesized pertinent literatures and own experience,initial summary and discuss the important progress of diagnosis, monitoring and treatment and several opinions of shock after multiple injury to improve prognosis and reduce the mortality rate.更多还原
