SDS在聚丙烯酰胺溶液中聚集的1H-NMR研究

【摘要】 利用1H-NMR 核磁共振自旋-晶格弛豫时间(T1)、自旋-自旋弛豫时间(T2)以及二维核 Overhause 增强谱(2D NOESY)技术探讨正十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)在聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)水溶液中的聚集行为,并与 SDS 水溶液体系中的1H-NMR 核磁共振实验结果比较,实验结果表明当溶液中有 PAM 存在时,SDS 分子的运动性下降,临界胶束浓度减小,并随 SDS 浓度增加,PAM 分子的伸展程度增大和链段的刚性增强;2D NOESY 谱结果表明,PAM 与 SDS 分子间未发生直接的缔合作用。
【Abstract】 Using nuclear magnetic resonance spin-lattice relaxation time (T1),spin-spin relaxation time (T2),and 2D NOESY techniques,the micellization process of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) in polyacrylamide (PAM) aqueous solutions was studied.The molecular dynamic behaviors of SDS in the presence of PAM were compared with those in a PAM-free aqueous solution.These results suggest that the critical micelle concentration of SDS is lowered in the presence of PAM;Both the outspread extent and the chain rigidity of PAM increase with the increase in SDS concentration;The direct congregation between PAM and SDS can not be observed using the contour plot of 2D NOESY.
