光催化降解有机污染物荧光光度法测定化学需氧量
Photocatalytic Degration of Organic Pollutants and Detection of Chemical Oxygen Demand by Fluorescence Methods

【摘要】 本文研究了 TiO2光催化降解水溶液中的有机污染物并且用荧光光度法测定化学需氧量。研究发现 TiO2用量、溶液的初始 pH 值,电子捕获剂 Ce4+的初始浓度、紫外光照射时间和溶液的温度均能影响有机污染物的降解;实验获得最佳的条件分别为1.0g/l,0.38,6.0mmol/l, 10min 和80℃。在最大激发波长和最大发射波长分别为264.8nm 和362.1nm 条件下,用荧光光度法测量反应产物 Ce3+的荧光强度。荧光强度和 COD 浓度在 0-100.0mg/l 范围内呈线性关系,检测限为0.9mg/L.此方法用来检测湖泊水和模拟废水的准确度和精密度良好。
【Abstract】 Degration of organic pollutants in aqueous solutions with TiO2 photocatalyst and detection of chemical oxygen demand using fluorescence method were studied.It was founded that TiO2 dosage,intitial solution pH,initial concentration electron acceptor Ce4+,the time of UV light irradiation and the temperature of solution affect the degration of the organic pollutants.The optimum conditions were obtained at amounts of 1.0 g l-1,0.38,6.0 mmol l-1,10 min and 80℃, respectively.The produced Ce3+ was determined by fluorescence method,with the maximum excitation and emission wavelengths at 264.8 nm and 362.1 nm,respectively.The fluorescence intensity were linearly with COD in 0~100.0 mg l-1.The limit of detection was 0.9 mg l-1.This method was applied in detection of COD in samples of lake water and simulating sewage.
