【摘要】 目的:探讨男性不育合并非细菌性前列腺炎对精液参数及精子顶体酶活性的影响。方法:检测92例男性不育合并慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者及38例正常生育男性的精液参数及精子顶体酶活性并进行对比分析。结果:不育合并非细菌性前列腺炎患者精子顶体酶活性、活精子率及 a+b 级精于百分率与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01),而精液 PH、密度及畸形率两组间差异无显著性。结论:非细菌性前列腺炎可以通过影响精子顶体酶活性, 改变精液质量,降低精子活力及受精能力而导致不育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between semen quality and sperm acrosin activity and chronic abacterial prostatitis(CAP)in male infertility.Methods:The levels of semen quality and sperm acrosin activity were detected in 100 cases of male infertility with CAP,and 42 healthy males as contronl group,using the semen quality and sperm acrosin in infertility with CAP compare with the healthy male group.Results:The CAP group and the contronl group differed significanty in sermen acrosin activity,ejeculate volume,motive sperm rate and percentage of(a+b) sperm(P<0.01 ).There were not significant in semen PH,sperm density and morphology.Conclusion:CAP can lead to infertility by decreasing the sperm acrosin activity,sermen volume and motive of grade(a+b)percentage of sperm.更多还原
