【摘要】 根据19个性状数据应用聚类分析软件 NTSYS2.10e 对来自国内外的149个白肋烟品种资源进行系统的聚类分析。结果表明,所有白肋烟品种资源可分为6个大的品种类群及2个小的亚群:品种类群Ⅰ(内含25个品种),品种类群Ⅱ(内含22个品种),品种类群Ⅲ(内含23个品种),品种类群Ⅳ (内含2个品种亚群,18个品种),品种类群Ⅴ(内含24个品种),品种类群Ⅵ(内含37个品种)。相似系数在0.02-0.53之间,表明各白肋烟品种资源之间存在着一定的差异。最后,就本研究结果在烟草育种中的利用进行了展望和探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 149 burley tobacco cultivars from China and abroad were systematically analyzed using cluster software NFSYS 2.10e based on the data of 19 traits.The results showed that all of burley tobacco cultivars could be clustered into 6 large cultivar groups and 2 sin,d1 cultivar subgroups.Group Ⅰ to group Ⅵ included 25,22,23,18,24 and 37 cultivars,respectively.Among them,group Ⅳ could be divided into 2 cultivar subgroups.Total coefficient of all hurley tobacco cultivars was from 0.02 to 0. 53,indicating that there existed some differences among them.Finally,the application of results in this study was discussed and predicted.更多还原
