城市重要建筑物在营运中结构安全的长期连续监控与损伤诊断评估

【摘要】 本文论述对城市重大建筑物以建立现代先进技术为支撑,建立建筑物结构振动与变形的安全监控和健康诊断评估系统的重要性、必要性、迫切性和可行性;对建筑结构进行"指纹特征"损伤诊断探讨;通过对建筑物安全营运进行长期实时监测进行长期实时监测评估,为减轻城市灾害造成的人民生命财产损失提供一种新技术和新方法。
【Abstract】 The necessity,urgency and feasibility for safety monitoring and health diagnosis Evaluation system of building structure vibration and deformation supported by modern advanced technology for significant buildings are discussed in this paper and discussed the importance for guaranteeing safe run of buildings using "fingerprint characteristic"diagnosis for structure,these procedures help to Provide new technology and methods for mitigating the loss of life and property Of the people caused by urban hazard and to promote society stability.
