铁-水体系电位-pH图与氧化性水工况的腐蚀控制

【摘要】 目前超临界直流炉大都采用氧化性水工况,要求给水中铁的含量<10μg/L。为使超临界直流炉采用的氧化性水工况的腐蚀控制与铁-水体系的电位-pH 图统一,不能再以 10-6mol/L(即56μg/L)作为钢铁腐蚀与否的界限,而必须以 10-6.75mol/L(即10μg/L)作为腐蚀发生与否的界限,绘制铁-水体系的简化电位-pH 平衡图时必须在平衡计算中将离子浓度均取10-6.75mol/L(即10μg/L)。
【Abstract】 The super-critical once through boiler adopts oxidative water condition presently,and it is required that the ferrum ion content in the supplied water should be lower than 10μg/L.To unify the corrosion controlling of the oxidative water condition and the potential-pH chart of the ferrum-water system,it is considered that 10-6.75mol/L (namely 10μg/L) is more reasonable than 10-6mol/L (namely 56μg/L) to be the limit to judge the corrosion.At the same time,the potential-pH chart of ferrum-water system is drawn which ion content is chosen as 10-6.75mol/L (namely 10μg/L) in the balance calculation.
