铜水体系电位-pH图与发电机内冷水pH调节防腐

【摘要】 铜水体系的简化电位-pH 图一般都以10-6mol/L(即64μg/L)作为划分腐蚀发生与否的界限,所以为防止发电机内冷水对空芯铜导线的腐蚀,要求发电机内冷水 pH 值大于6.94。而发电机内冷水水质标准现在要求铜离子含量小于40μg/L(以前是要求小于200μg/L),这样还采用10-6mol/L作为划分腐蚀发生与否的界限就不合理了。本文通过对铜水体系电位-pH 之间的关系进行进一步分析,认为以10-6.2mol/L作为划分腐蚀发生与否的界限较合适,并据此作出了铜水体系的新的简化电位-pH 图。
【Abstract】 Because the potential-pH chart usually uses 10-6mol/L (64μg/L) as the content to judge whether the corrosion takes place or not,in order to prevent the hollow copper conductor of the generator from corrosion,it acquires that the pH of internal cooling water should be higher than 6.94.When the criterion of generator internal cooling water acquires that the copper content should be lower than 40μg/L (the former acquires lower than 200μg/L),it is not reasonable the potential-pH chart still uses the 10-6mol/L as the content to judge whether the corrosion takes place or not.This article believes that using 10-6.2mol/L (40μg/L) as the content to judge whether the corrosion takes place or not is more reasonable through analyzing the relation between potential and pH in the copper-water system,and the new potential-pH chart is drawn.
