汽车覆盖件模具钼铬铸铁高速切削加工的有限元模拟

【摘要】 为了深入研究钼铬铸铁高速切削加工,通过高速压缩试验.获得了高温、高应变率和高应变状态下的工件材料力学性能,同时研究了刀屑间的摩擦和热传递等关键技术,建立了钼铬铸铁高速切削的有限元模型。在通过切削力试验对该模型验证的基础上,对钼铬铸铁高速切削加工过程中的切削温度、应力分布和切屑的形成进行了分析。分析结果表明,该有限元模型可以用来进行钼铬铸铁的高速切削过程仿真, 为切削参数和刀具的选择和优化提供了新的手段。
【Abstract】 To study high-speed machining process of Mo-Cr cast iron, a finite element model (FEM) was built. Under conditions of high-speed cutting, high strain rate, high temperature and high strain are happened in the workpiece material. High-speed compress experiment was done to achieve material mechanical properties. Other key technologies such as interface friction and heat conduction of tool rake face and chip flow are studied. High-speed Milling experiment was done and cutting forces result from FEM and experiment were compared. The distribution of machining temperature and stress was studied, and the chip shaping process was analyzed. It shown that the finite element model can reflect the real process of high speed machining Mo-Cr alloy case iron, and the model can be used to select optimal machining parameters and tools.
