氟化处理对储氢合金性能的影响研究

【摘要】 主要研究了氟化处理对储氢合金的放电容量和活化性能的影响。循环充放电实验结果表明,氟化处理可以有效提高储氢合金的放电容量和活化性能。扫描电镜观察结果表明,氟化处理可以有效清除合金粉颗粒表面的氧化物,从而提高储氢合金的容量和活性。交流阻抗测试结果表明,氟化处理增加了合金粉的导电性,降低了电化学反应的法拉第电阻,有利于活性氢电化学反应的进行,从而提高了储氢合金粉的放电容量和活化性能。
【Abstract】 In his paper, the effect of fluorination treatment on the capacity and activity of hydrogen storage alloy was studied. Cyclic charging-discharging results showed that fluorination treatment could improve capacity and activity of hydrogen storage alloy obviously. SEM observing results showed fluorination treatment could remove oxide film from grain surface, thus promoted activation and capacity. Electrochemical impedance spectra test proved that fluorination treatment increased conductivity of alloy and decreased electrochemical reaction resistant, which improved the discharge capacity and the activity of hydrogen storage alloy.
