关于入侵物种三联子的基因签名
Genomic Signature Related to the Triplet Codes about Alien Invasive Species

【摘要】 寡核苷酸频率的分布具有物种特性,可看作是一种基因签名。用基因签名的方法研究入侵物种是一种新的尝试。在本文中,我们把入侵物种DNA序列的三联子出现频率的分布看作是一种基因签名,并用2维图和1维柱状图表示。通过对不同入侵物种的基因签名的比较,我们发现入侵物种的DNA序列显然也是非随机的,签名具有物种特性,物种越近的,签名也越相似。另外,根据基因突变的情况,我们将原始入侵物种的DNA序列通过人为方法随机进行人工突变,之后将原始序列和突变后序列的签名作了比较。DNA序列的三联子出现频率的分布差异可导致对应蛋白质结构和功能的改变,由此,可通过对基因签名的分析对入侵物种的预防和控制进行研究。
【Abstract】 The set of oligonucleotide frequencies is species specific, which considered to being a genomic signature. In this paper, we view the frequencies of appearing the triplet codes in DNA sequences for alien invasive species of China as genomic signatures, and illustrate the signatures by 2D graphs and 1D histograms. We have found that alien invasive species’ DNA sequences are nonrandom, and the signatures are specific: the closer the species are, the more similar the signatures will be. Especially, for the characteristic of mutational site of mutants, we randomly change the original DNA sequences into the artificial mutated ones, then use genomic signatures to investigate the differences among them, which may induce the change of the structure and function of corresponding proteins, and expect to give some advice on the prevention and control of the alien invasive species.
