Molecular Cloning of the rice field eel Nup93 with predominant expression in gonad and kidney

【摘要】 <正>Nuclear pore complex (NPC) is a key cellular component which served as the gate for all traffic between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. NPC has a complicated structure consisting a large cast of nucleoporins (Nups). Electron microscopy observation of NPC in different morphological stages showed that nuclear basket component appears to be an especially dynamic structure and is divided to some subcomplexes, such as Nup93-Nupl88-Nup205 complex in vertebrates.
