一步氧化羰基化合成碳酸二苯酯本征动力学

【摘要】 应用等温微分反应器研究了一步氧化羰基化合成碳酸二苯酯的本征动力学。选用Pd/La0.5Pd0.5MnO3催化体系,在温度60~80℃,压力1~3MPa范围内, 消除内、外扩散影响的条件下,进行动力学实验,依据可能的反应机理推导出动力学方程,并用非线性回归进行参数估值,残差分析和统计检验验证了动力学方程的准确性。
【Abstract】 Intrinsic kinetics of direct synthesis of diphenyl carbonate by oxidative carbonylation of phenol has been investigated in an isothermal differential reactor. The study was carried out at a temperature range of 60℃ to 80℃ and at a pressure between 1MPa and 3MPa over a 3.0wt. % Pd/La0.5Pb0.5MnO3 catalyst. The internal and external mass transfer limitations were considered to be negligible. A rate equation was obtained according to a plausible mechanism and the kinetic parameters were estimated by non-linear regression analysis. Statistic test and residual error distribution show that the kinetic model was suitable to the experimental data well.
